Mechanism of Action
A STEAP1 x CD3 bispecific (XmAb 2+1) T-cell engager that binds two STEAP1 epitopes on prostate tumor cells and CD3 on T cells, driving redirected T-cell cytotoxicity. High-avidity STEAP1 binding improves selectivity for tumor over normal tissue.
