Mechanism of Action
XNW27011 is a Claudin 18.2 (CLDN18.2)-directed antibody-drug conjugate that binds CLDN18.2 on gastric, pancreatic, and biliary tumor cells and, after internalization, releases a cytotoxic payload to induce targeted tumor cell death. It is being evaluated across CLDN18.2-expressing GI malignancies.
