Mechanism of Action
HER2 x 4-1BB (CD137) bispecific antibody. The HER2 arm anchors the antibody to HER2-overexpressing tumor cells, enabling tumor-localized, HER2-dependent clustering and agonism of 4-1BB on T cells to drive costimulation and antitumor immunity while limiting systemic hepatotoxicity.
