Zanzalintinib — Investigational Agent
Other · Phase 3 · Exelixis
Mechanism of Action
Oral multi-targeted receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor and next-generation successor to cabozantinib, with a shorter half-life designed for improved tolerability. It inhibits VEGFR2, MET, AXL, and the TAM-family kinases, blocking tumor angiogenesis and pathways implicated in immune evasion and resistance to checkpoint inhibitors. It is frequently developed in combination with PD-1/PD-L1 immunotherapy.
