Mechanism of Action
A Nectin-4-targeted Bicycle Toxin Conjugate—a small bicyclic peptide directed to Nectin-4 linked to an MMAE payload. Its small size is designed to improve tumor penetration and rapid clearance, delivering MMAE to Nectin-4-expressing urothelial tumor cells.
