Mechanism of Action
Adoptive cell therapy consisting of natural killer (NK) cells engineered to express a T-cell receptor (TCR) recognizing a MAGE-A4-derived peptide presented on HLA-A*02:01. The TCR-NK platform combines MHC-restricted antigen specificity with innate NK cytotoxicity and a favorable safety profile relative to conventional TCR-T cells, directing lysis against MAGE-A4-positive tumors including synovial sarcoma.
