Mechanism of Action
Anti-ROR1 monoclonal antibody conjugated to monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) via a protease-cleavable valine-citrulline linker (drug-antibody ratio ~3.1). ROR1 (Receptor Tyrosine Kinase-Like Orphan Receptor 1) is an embryonic-stage receptor re-expressed on the surface of B-cell malignancies (CLL, MCL, DLBCL) and solid tumors including triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), but absent from normal adult tissues.
