Mechanism of Action
ZL-1310 is a DLL3-directed antibody-drug conjugate that couples a humanized anti-DLL3 monoclonal antibody to a camptothecin-class topoisomerase I inhibitor payload via a cleavable linker. DLL3 (delta-like ligand 3) is an inhibitory Notch ligand aberrantly expressed on the cell surface of the majority of small cell lung cancers and other high-grade neuroendocrine tumors while being minimally present on normal tissue.
