Testicular Cancer

Testicular germ cell tumors are the most curable solid malignancy, with cisplatin-based chemotherapy achieving >95% cure in localized disease and durable cures even in metastatic disease. Treatment is risk-stratified by the IGCCCG classification; the BEP regimen (bleomycin, etoposide, cisplatin) is the frontline backbone, with etoposide/cisplatin (EP) and salvage regimens (TIP, VeIP) and high-dose chemotherapy for relapse.
