T-cell Lymphoma

T-cell lymphomas are a heterogeneous group of aggressive non-Hodgkin lymphomas arising from mature T cells and NK cells. Subtypes include peripheral T-cell lymphoma NOS (PTCL-NOS), angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL), anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL), cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL/Mycosis Fungoides), extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma (ENKTL), adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma (ATLL), and others. Brentuximab vedotin plus CHP is the frontline standard for CD30+ PTCL; mogamulizumab and HDAC inhibitors are key options in relapsed disease.
